Shipping, Returns and Exchange Policy

At Yes Madam Clothing Jaipur, we want your shopping experience to feel simple, transparent, and reliable. Please read our shipping, return, and exchange policy before placing your order.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship orders across India.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days after order confirmation.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 4 to 8 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Tracking details will be shared through SMS, email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Delivery timelines may be affected during festive periods, sale periods, courier delays, weather disruptions or high order volume.

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number and PIN code are correct while placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available on selected pin codes.
For COD orders, please make sure you are available to receive the parcel.
If a COD order is refused, not accepted, or returned due to repeated failed delivery attempts, Yes Madam Jaipur reserves the right to restrict COD availability for future orders.

Return and Exchange Window

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery.
To raise a return or exchange request, please contact us on WhatsApp or email with:
- Order number
- Product images
- Reason for return or exchange

Requests raised after 5 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Return and Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for return or exchange:

The product must be unused, unwashed and unworn.
All original tags must be intact.
The product must be in its original condition.
The product should not have stains, perfume, makeup marks, damage, alteration or signs of use.
The original invoice or order details must be available.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Return Shipping Charge

For eligible returns and exchanges, a reverse pickup or return handling charge of ₹100 will be deducted.

If reverse pickup is not available at your pin code, the customer may be asked to self-ship the product to our address. The return or exchange will be processed only after the product is received and passes quality check.

Refunds for Prepaid Orders

For eligible prepaid returns:

Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
₹100 will be deducted as reverse shipping and handling charge.
Refund will be processed only after the returned product passes quality check.
Once approved, refunds usually take 5 to 10 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds for COD Orders

For eligible COD returns:

The refundable amount will be issued as store credit.
₹100 will be deducted as reverse shipping and handling charge.
Store credit can be used for future purchases on yesmadamjaipur.com.
Store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

COD return refunds will not be transferred as cash or bank refund for size issues, change of mind, or personal preference based returns.

Exchange Policy

One exchange is allowed per order, subject to product and size availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer store credit or refund as per the original payment mode and return eligibility.
Once exchanged, the product cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Wrong, Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange or full refund without any reverse shipping deduction.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products bought during clearance sale or final sale, if mentioned on the product page.
Products without original tags.
Used, washed, altered, or damaged products.
Products with perfume, stains, makeup marks or signs of wear.
Customized or altered products, if any.

Colour and Product Disclaimer

Product colour may slightly vary due to lighting, photography and screen settings. We try to represent every product as accurately as possible through full-length and close-up images.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated under the return or exchange policy.
