3. Product Information

We try our best to provide accurate product details, including product images, descriptions, fabric details, colour, size, price and care information.

However:

  • Product colours may slightly vary due to lighting, photography and screen settings.

  • Slight variations in fabric texture, print placement, embroidery, stitching or finishing may occur.

  • Product fit may vary depending on body type and styling.

  • Customers are requested to check product details, size information and images carefully before placing an order.

Full-length and close-up images are added to help customers understand the product better.


4. Pricing and Availability

  • All prices on the website are listed in Indian Rupees.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Product availability may change depending on stock.

  • Adding a product to cart does not reserve the product.

  • In case a product becomes unavailable after order placement, we may contact you for replacement, store credit or refund as applicable.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product information errors or stock errors before confirming or dispatching an order.


5. Orders and Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive order confirmation through email, SMS or WhatsApp, depending on the details provided by you.

Order confirmation does not always mean final acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order in cases such as:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Incomplete or incorrect customer details

  • Suspicious or fraudulent order activity

  • Repeated COD refusal or failed delivery history

  • Delivery not serviceable at the given pin code

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us before dispatch, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.


6. Payments

We may offer online payment options and Cash on Delivery, depending on serviceability and availability.

For prepaid orders:

  • Payment must be completed at the time of order placement.

  • Refunds, where eligible, will be processed to the original payment method.

For COD orders:

  • Cash on Delivery may be available on selected pin codes.

  • The customer must be available to receive and pay for the parcel.

  • If a COD order is refused, not accepted or returned due to repeated failed delivery attempts, Yes Madam Jaipur reserves the right to restrict COD availability for future orders.


7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship orders across India.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days after order confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 4 to 8 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Delivery timelines may be affected due to festive periods, sale periods, courier delays, weather disruptions or high order volume.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, phone number and pin code. Once an order is dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed and unworn.

  • Original tags must be intact.

  • The product must be in its original condition.

  • The product should not have stains, perfume, makeup marks, damage, alteration or signs of use.

  • The original invoice or order details must be available.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.

For eligible returns and exchanges, a reverse pickup or return handling charge of ₹100 will be deducted.

9. Refunds for Prepaid and COD Orders

For eligible prepaid returns:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • ₹100 will be deducted as reverse shipping and handling charge.

  • Refund will be processed only after the returned product passes quality check.

  • Once approved, refunds usually take 5 to 10 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For eligible COD returns:

  • The refundable amount will be issued as store credit.

  • ₹100 will be deducted as reverse shipping and handling charge.

  • Store credit can be used for future purchases on yesmadamjaipur.com.

  • Store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

COD return refunds will not be transferred as cash or bank refund for size issues, change of mind or personal preference based returns.


10. Store Credit

Store credit may be issued in cases such as eligible COD returns, unavailable exchange products, or other approved situations.

Store credit:

  • Can be used for future purchases on yesmadamjaipur.com.

  • Is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Cannot be transferred to another person unless approved by us.

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash or bank transfer.

  • May need the customer to log in or use the registered contact details used during the original order.

If store credit is misused, duplicated or applied incorrectly due to technical error, we reserve the right to correct or cancel it.


11. Wrong, Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange or full refund without any reverse shipping deduction.

Claims raised after 24 hours may be difficult to verify and may not be accepted.


12. Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products bought during clearance sale or final sale, if mentioned on the product page.

  • Products without original tags.

  • Used, washed, altered or damaged products.

  • Products with perfume, stains, makeup marks or signs of wear.

  • Customized or altered products, if any.


13. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated under our return or exchange policy.

Yes Madam Jaipur reserves the right to cancel an order before dispatch due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, incomplete customer details, payment issues, suspicious activity or courier service limitations.


14. Offers, Discounts and Promotions

From time to time, we may offer discounts, coupon codes, prepaid offers or promotional deals.

  • Offers may be changed, paused or withdrawn without prior notice.

  • Discount codes may have specific conditions, validity and product exclusions.

  • Only one coupon or offer may be applicable per order, unless stated otherwise.

  • Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

  • Promotional or clearance sale products may not be eligible for return or exchange if mentioned on the product page.


15. Care Instructions

Customers are requested to follow the care instructions mentioned on the product page, product label or care guide.

  • Incorrect washing

  • Harsh detergents

  • Bleaching

  • Tumble drying

  • Soaking for long periods

  • Washing with other garments that cause colour transfer

  • Ironing at unsuitable temperatures

  • Alteration or mishandling after delivery

All content on this website, including product images, product descriptions, banners, logo, graphics, layout, text, brand name and design elements, belongs to Yes Madam Jaipur or is used with permission.

  • Losses caused by customer-provided incorrect information.

  • Temporary website downtime, technical issues or third-party service errors.

This does not affect your rights in case of a verified wrong, damaged or defective product.
